Why We’re Called Bella
Bella
Named for our founder’s grandmother.
Bella Home Care carries the name of our founder’s grandmother, Bella. Putting her name on this company was a promise: every person we care for will be treated with the same love, patience, and respect we would want for our own grandmother.
When you welcome Bella Home Care into your home, you’re welcoming a family that knows what it means to cherish an elder. That’s the standard we hire for, train for, and hold ourselves to every day.
Every visit, every decision, one question: would this be good enough for Bella?
Our Story
Bella Home Care was founded to serve families across Eastern Missouri who want their loved ones to stay home, surrounded by family photos, familiar neighbors, their faith community, and the life they built.
We know how many families are already doing this on their own: adult children juggling jobs and doctor visits, grandchildren stepping up, neighbors checking in. We know how heavy that load can get. Our job is to lighten it with skilled caregivers, clear guidance through Medicaid and VA programs, and, when it fits, a paycheck for the family member who is already showing up.
Our Mission
To help our elders and loved ones live safely and joyfully at home through care that is compassionate, culturally respectful, and centered on family.
What We Believe
- Dignity first. Every client is addressed with respect, as Mr., Mrs., Miss, or however they prefer, and treated like family.
- Family is the foundation. We support the circle of care your loved one already has.
- Culture and faith matter. Food, music, worship, grooming, and daily routines are part of good care, not extras.
- Plain talk, no runaround. We explain programs and paperwork clearly and walk with you every step.
- Trust is earned. Caregivers are carefully screened, matched thoughtfully, and supported by our office team.
